HISTORY
Formerly Dr Fosters, Kimberley warehouse was converted to a pub/restaurant in the early 1990's. In December 2002 Jonathan Butler purchased Dr Fosters and set about transforming it into an award-winning destination winebar and restaurant. Fosters on the docks, as it is now known, was initially re-furbished in October 2003 and January 2004 to create a relaxed and contemporary dinning environment. Food and wine is what Fosters on the docks is all about. We have recently given Fosters on the docks a fresh look with new menus and now a new champagne cocktail bar, which goes great with the tapas!!
AWARD WINNING
The menu's have all been created by our award-winning Chef Proprietor, Jonathan Butler, along with his brigade of chef's and management. Fosters on the docks is one of two restaurants owned by Jonathan who over the last five years has won a Caterer & Hotelkeeper 'Acorn' Award for outstanding achievment, an Investor in People Award and the Cotswold Life Food and Drink Award for Staff Training and Development 2006.
